Flat Rate Inspections

The FAA requires all certified and experimental aircraft to have an annual inspection in the scope and detail of 14 CFR Part 43, Appendix D. We use our expertise and experience to carefully estimate the required time to accomplish these inspections on each make and model of aircraft.

We Offer Flat-Rate Annual Inspections

Our flat-rate annual inspections include a detailed inspection and lubrication using the manufacturers' 100-hour inspection checklists and lubrication charts specifically for your aircraft. â€‹Additional labor will be required for AD compliance and discrepancies found during our inspection.
After the inspection, we provide you with a list of all discrepancies along with photos on our Customer Portal so you can review each item.
Any special inspections for continued airworthiness per an installed STC, FAA form 337, Airworthiness Directive, or other customizations will be charged per hour at normal shop rate. All parts and labor required for repairs are not included in the flat rate and will also be at normal shop rates.

The flat rate annual inspection price includes:

  • Spark plug cleaning, gapping, inspection, and testing
  • Magneto timing check and set
